I have found Karoo Broadband excellent from day 1. I get 8.1 mbps, virtually all the time. When busy it varies around 7.1. I know friends who are on other ISP providers and I can assure Karoo doubters, the grass is always greener on the other side. Karoo Customer Service is excellent and the technical help, when needed, is superb, from very friendly, understanding Technicians. Local people should look back a few years and realise what an asset KC have been over the years, pioneering communications, from which much has been gained by BT and its predecessors.

We have recently updated the Terms and Conditions for Karoo Broadband. The new terms are effective from 1st April 2008.

Terms and conditions
*Karoo Lite is £8.49 per month for the first three months, £12.99 per month thereafter. Set-up, downgrade and usage fees may apply. Subject to a new 18 month contract and payment by direct debit. **Broadband speeds are affected by line length, quality and peak internet usage periods and will range from 160Kbps to a maximum of 8000Kbps. P2P and Usenet traffic may be restricted at busy times. †A set-up charge of £47 applies to 1 month contracts. Downgrade and usage fees may also apply. Payment by Direct Debit only. ††A £5 delivery charge applies.
