Welcome to our Summer edition eNewsletter. This month we've got lots to smile about because as you may already know, we've been making some big changes to Karoo.

We'd like to tell you all about how we are improving our services and most importantly, how we are 'Keeping You Informed' of our progress.

Keeping You Informed
In direct response from your feedback through our regular Customer Satisfaction surveys we have introduced the Keeping You Informed programme.

This programme aims to ensure that you are kept informed of the improvements and enhancements we are making to improve your experience.

Best Ever BroadbandYour satisfaction is important to us

In our latest Customer Satisfaction survey, the speed and reliability of your broadband service rated extremely high in importance to you.

So, this summer, we upgraded our broadband network to the New Generation of broadband services, offering faster speeds and greater reliability*.

Karoo Lite, Mid and Pro customers have been automatically upgraded completely free of charge.

If you are on an older Karoo package, you can switch by calling our Customer Services team on 0800 915 5148 today.

How does this upgrade improve our service?

This upgrade means access to websites like YouTube, BBC iPlayer 4OD is much faster* and our service is ready for any new technology that might come along. The new service could also provide greater stability at busy times.

"Access to websites like
YouTube, BBC iPlayer and 4OD is much faster*"

More people are using content rich websites like BBC iPlayer, YouTube and 4OD. In fact, over 700,000 videos from BBC's iPlayer were streamed daily in May 2008 and YouTube's audience grew to a staggering 9 million in April - source: Ofcom Communications Market Report 2008

Keeping You Informed
